looks like it would work but don’t get fooled by the FREE download. It is only a link to a paid online service. VERY EXPENSIVE?

Every other reviewer on this thread are obviously hobbyists, if you have something actually valuable on a Card or drive, like something that a client is paying you for, these guys can get it back for you. I had a corrupt C-Fast 2.0 card shot with a Canon c300 mark ii, nothing could extract the footage for me, Treasured found it immediatly, it was a 12 hour turn around and I had the footage back in pristine condition. It cost me $300.00, this is nothing for this type of service. I would have gladly paid double. Everyone else on this thread is expecting something for free, ignore them. Thanks Javier and Team!

Not a repair utility exactly, but rather an interface for determining the repair-ability of corrupted video files and drives, and for ordering repair service from the author, Aero Quartet. I recently used the service to recover five extremely important video files from a paid project that we couldnt re-shoot, and Im extremely happy with the results. Nothing else could open or access the files, but within 45 minutes of submitting a sample of the corrupted files for analysis, I had my files back, and was able to continue my edit. Absolutely recommended!

As the previous reviewer mentioned this is not really a repair app but a diagnostic tool to determine if your video is repairable. I tried a number of apps and techniques to repair a 20 minute video taken with a flipvideo camera. The video was accidentally deleted before uploading. I found several programs that could extract the file from the camera but Quicktime could not recognize the file. With Treasured the file was analyzed and a portion uploaded to a professional video repair service. A short while later a small segment of repaired video was emailed to me with a price quote for a full repair. If you agree to the repair price a file is emailed to your computer that will run the repair on your system. You are given the option to view the entire repair (with an embedded watermark) prior to purchasing an unlock code that will remove the watermark. While the service is not particularly cheap if the video is important to you then I highly reccomend Treasured.

This app looked good, but it determined my file would be better if an actual person fixes it. They offer to give me a QUOTE for REPAIR!! This app is deceiving!!

Looks like it is going to do something then tries to sell you a repair service instead of actually fixing it. Waste of time.

It shows you a preview of the video like it is about to repair it. Then, it asks you to submit it for a quote on repair costs. What a joke!

I had a Canon 6D overheat while shooting and shut down on me. One 18 minute video file was on the card as a .DAT file and unplayable and unconvertible by anything. The final file we were filming did not show on the card at all. Not a trace. I used every professional video recovery and deep drive recovery I could find. Nothing worked. Then I found this App. It saved everything, even the final file that I couldn’t see on the SD card! As explained in the descriptrion, this is an App to find and preview lost or corrupted video files (with video and audio watermarks). Then, if you see that it works, you are quoted a price from the company to save and rebuild your files. They promise 48 hours for the turn around quote, but for me it was within minutes. And they where on tech support with me at 4:00AM to answer a few questions I had. I am confused as to why other people below would leave a low rating here because the program was not what "they wanted" as opposed to not what is clearly explained in the description. Especially for an App/Service that does the impossible and succeeds where all else fails!! The creators of this App/Service are the real deal! They provide an invaluable service for videographers who have lost all hope or who didn’t even realize there was hope. Even if you can’t see any file represented on your card in any way, shape, or form, if you pressed the record button on the camera, chances are there is video on that card somewhere, and a Deep Scan from this App will locate it! A huge thank you to the creators of this service! I can’t recommend this enough to anyone who has lost footage beyond hope. With this App, there is always hope.

We had inadvertently deleted footage from and SD card. We tried several other solutions, which found still images on the card but were not able to assemble the video. Treasured idenified the footage and then Aero provided a prompt quote for repair. You never spend any money until you are absolutely sure that the video is recoverable and what you want. I think this is an ideal and efficent way to handle this process. I wasted $40 on a different program that seemed as if it could recover the video but, in the end, did not work.

This app will not actually fix your video files, it’s a just a mechanism for this company to sell you thier services.
